DPLAfest 2015 has ended
DPLAfest 2015 took place on April 17-18, 2015 in Indianapolis, bringing together over 300 to discuss everything from technology and development, to (e)books, law, genealogy, and education. The annual DPLAfest celebration will appeal to teachers and students, librarians, archivists, museum professionals, developers and technologists, publishers and authors, genealogists, and members of the public alike who are interested in an engaging mix of interactive workshops, hands-on activities, hackathons, discussions with community leaders and practitioners, and more. The Indiana Album
Indianapolis, Indiana
I currently wear two hats:

1. I'm coordinating the Indiana Album, a grassroots Indiana bicentennial project to copy, catalog, and share historic images found in attics and albums throughout the state. These scans will be available via Indiana Memory, a database of the Indiana State Library, and through DPLA. Like "Indiana Album" on Facebook to learn more about this project and upcoming scan-a-thons.

2. Since 1998 I've owned Heritage Photo & Research Services. We preserve, digitize, catalog, and interpret photographs and have consulted with dozens of wonderful libraries, archives, and museums.
