DPLAfest 2015 has ended
DPLAfest 2015 took place on April 17-18, 2015 in Indianapolis, bringing together over 300 to discuss everything from technology and development, to (e)books, law, genealogy, and education. The annual DPLAfest celebration will appeal to teachers and students, librarians, archivists, museum professionals, developers and technologists, publishers and authors, genealogists, and members of the public alike who are interested in an engaging mix of interactive workshops, hands-on activities, hackathons, discussions with community leaders and practitioners, and more. Digital Scholarship Outreach Librarian

Jennifer Johnson is the Digital Scholarship Outreach Librarian at IUPUI University Library. She has worked professionally in the area of digital libraries since 2001. In her position, she has the opportunity to develop digital projects with IUPUI Faculty and Indianapolis community organizations. Her work guides the processes of funding, and digital library best practices to make historical documents and artifacts available online. Recent partners include the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the Indianapolis Recorder. In addition to coordinating digitization efforts, Jenny is the subject liaison for the IU School of Liberal Arts Geography Department.
