OCLC

Working together, OCLC members explore trends that shape the future of all libraries. They share data, work and resources in ways that save time and money while improving service for their communities. And, collectively, they magnify the impact of libraries, representing the sum of all members’ efforts.

For more than 45 years, OCLC has helped libraries work together in ways that get information to people more quickly and efficiently. Thousands of libraries worldwide are active members of this global, nonprofit cooperative.

Our members share the ownership, assets and governance of the cooperative, working together to create value for libraries.
