DPLAfest 2015 has ended
DPLAfest 2015 took place on April 17-18, 2015 in Indianapolis, bringing together over 300 to discuss everything from technology and development, to (e)books, law, genealogy, and education. The annual DPLAfest celebration will appeal to teachers and students, librarians, archivists, museum professionals, developers and technologists, publishers and authors, genealogists, and members of the public alike who are interested in an engaging mix of interactive workshops, hands-on activities, hackathons, discussions with community leaders and practitioners, and more. Tina Baich is a Librarian at IUPUI University Library where she is Senior Associate Dean for Scholarly Communication & Content Strategies. Her portfolio includes the Center for Digital Scholarship, Resource Acquisition & Description, Resource Sharing & Delivery Services, and the Ruth Lilly Special Collections & Archives. Tina previously led the library’s resource sharing efforts for 12 years and also served as head of Bibliographic & Metadata Services for 5 years. She is the 2016 recipient of the ALA’s Virginia Boucher-OCLC Distinguished Interlibrary Loan Librarian. Tina’s writing has focused on the intersections of open access and interlibrary loan, and she has presented on this topic at state, regional, national and international conferences.
